TUITION ASSISTANCE
Calvary Christian Academy partners with FACTS Grant & Aid program to complete Tuition Assistance Assessments.
Financial Assistance is available for families in financial need. It is broken down into two different offerings:
Application window is from February 3rd – April 15th, 2025
- “Cornerstone Educational Scholarships” through ACE Scholarships are available for NEW students from K3 – 12th grade and previous award recipients. Funds are made available through a generous gift from Mountaire Farms.
- “Tuition Assistance” is available for NEW and existing students from Kindergarten – 12th grade and is awarded by the school in addition to ACE Scholarship awards.
NEW students should review the Cornerstone Education Scholarship Program eligibility requirements and apply here first.
If additional assistance is needed, apply for Tuition Assistance through the school. There is only one charge for both applications.
The CCA School Board has adopted the policy of funding most of the school’s annual operating expenses with tuition dollars. This decision means that tuition controls, in large part, the quality of the education Calvary Christian Academy is able to offer. While recognizing that some sacrifice is appropriate for something as crucial as children’s education, the Board acknowledges that financial assistance will be necessary to build and maintain the sort of student body Calvary Christian Academy aspires to have. Tuition assistance is a critical program, which provides stability for the whole student body.
In order for us to allocate our resources wisely and fairly, we have enlisted the help of FACTS Grant & Aid program.
FACTS G&A does not decide whether financial assistance will be given or how much to give; rather FACTS G&A provides a need-based financial aid analysis service.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
FACTS G&A provides the school with a report, which includes a recommendation of what a family should reasonably contribute toward tuition.
All information from FACTS G&A is kept confidential.
Applications are reviewed by the Finance Committee to properly manage the allocation of financial aid resources for the next year.
Upon approval by the Finance Committee, tuition assistance offers are sent to families.
